This couple lives on Main Street in Barnstable, the owner grew up in this home and has done so much for the Barnstable Village with his Blacksmithing and knowledge of the history of the village. His father was one of the founding member of the Barnstable Fire Department and his mother worked for the telephone company as an operator. His wife also grew up in Barnstable and worked at the Barnstable registry of Deeds before retiring. The owner is a veteran of the Korean War and is now disabled in a wheelchair. They have already had to install a ramp for him to get in the house and install a handicap shower. They are elderly and living on a fixed income and these extra projects they have had to do has put a strain on their funds. They really do deserve this help with $10,000 in exterior work of their home!
