At Stewart Painting, we stand behind the quality of our work. We provide a two-year warranty on both labor and materials.
If a paint failure occurs during this period, we will furnish the labor and materials necessary to correct the issue at no additional cost.
This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
Our sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair of the affected area as described.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or abuse
- Damage caused by temperature fluctuations, building settlement, or moisture (including nail pops or cracks from expansion/contraction)
- Painted or stained horizontal walking surfaces, such as floors or steps
- Accumulation of dirt, mildew, or other environmental conditions
- Paint failure due to:
- Rotted wood
- Structural defects
- Moisture intrusion
- Pre-existing coating failure
- Insect infestation
