Low Pressure Wash is the same pressure as water coming out of a garden hose with a nozzle. It will remove dirt and mildew (not a heavy growth). The solution used to clean first with water, and then solution gets applied to areas being washed. Finally, everything gets rinsed down again.
High Pressure Wash is used only to remove peeling paint or a heavy growth of dirt and mildew usually found on decks or roofs. It is very time consuming and more expensive than a low pressure wash.
